
Position Title: Telesales Officer (TSO)
Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Experience Required: 0 - 2 Year
Educational Qualification: Any Diploma / Undergraduate / Postgraduate Degree (Candidates with backlogs are also eligible)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell credit cards and loan products.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Handle 200 to 300 calls per day and proactively understand customer needs.
Communicate effectively in English and preferably additional regional languages.
Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.
Accurately fill out customer application forms and perform KYC verification.
Maintain a professional and neutral tone in all customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.
Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
Multilingual communication is a plus.
Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries professionally.
Compensation & Benefits:
Initial Salary: ₹18,000 per month (15000 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Attendance bonus) + Incentives + Overtime Allowances
After 3 Months (Performance-Based): ₹19,500 per month (16500 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Attendance bonus)
After 6 Months (Performance-Based): ₹2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Promotion
Work Schedule:
Shift Timings:
Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)
Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)
Working Days:
Initial: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Post-Promotion: 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs
