Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential/existing customers to offer products, generate interest, and secure sales.

• Inbound Calls: Handle customer queries, provide information, and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads for the sales team.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and information in the CRM system.

• Sales/Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales goals. 

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills, clarity, and professional phone etiquette.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and show empathy.

• Persuasion: Confidence to convince customers and handle objections.

• Resilience: Ability to handle stress, pressure, and rejection.

• Organization: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, especially with CRM software.
