Job Descriptions:

• Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.

• Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services.

• Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly tele calling and loan processing targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.

• Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the loan approval process.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and new loan products.

Job Role: Telesales – (Personal Loan/Credit card Loan/ Business Loan)

Location: Saligramam

Gender: Male & Female

Salary: upto 20k

Qualification: Any graduate

Workings: 9.30 am to 7 pm
