Job Descriptions:

Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.
Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services.
Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly tele calling and loan processing targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the loan approval process.
Keep abreast of industry trends and new loan products.
