About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telesales Executive to handle incoming leads for hearing tests and hearing aid consultations. Your role will be to speak with patients, understand their concerns, explain our services, and book appointments at our clinics or for home visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through Google/Facebook/Website.

• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

• Explain hearing tests, digital hearing aids, and home visit services.

• Book clinic appointments or schedule home consultations.

• Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversions.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM daily.

• Coordinate with audiologists and clinic teams.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and soft skills.

• Ability to speak politely with senior citizens.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

• Sales mindset with empathy and patience.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).

• Experience in telesales/customer service/healthcare calling is an advantage.

• Freshers can also apply.
