We are looking for energetic and motivated Telesales Executives to join at Sakinaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
Convince customers and close sales over the phone.
Maintain a daily call log and update customer information in the system.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Kannad, Telugu, English or Marathi. (Any 2)
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Fixed salary up to ₹20,000 (in-hand).
