📍 Position Details:
• Role: Telesales Intern
• Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for a full-time opportunity)
• Stipend: As per company policy
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
📞 What You'll Do:
• Connect with inbound leads through phone calls and convert them into customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable astrology services.
• Follow up with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate customer consultations with astrologers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily sales activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Achieve sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.
🎯 Who We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's or Master's student/graduate from any discipline.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (CRM knowledge is a plus).
• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or sales is an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in startups, wellness, or astrology is a bonus.
