• Sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and accordingly suggesting best product.
• Job involves promoting and generating sales and Services to customers on calls. (Product is Accounting Software & Apps)
• Close new business by qualifying opportunities and securing online demonstrations with key decision makers.
• Working on closing deals/invoicing/collection.
• Updating CRM.
• Maintaining the customer relationship.
