Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for loan products. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan offers, verifying customer details, and assisting customers through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loans, business loans, or car loans.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products.

• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Update customer records and maintain call logs in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication on calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Telecaller / Loan Sales Executive.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and financial terms.

• Should be target-oriented and customer-focused.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

Salary:

• As per experience + attractive incentives.
