• Contact potential customers via phone to explain and promote various Secured & Unsecured Loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate loan solutions.

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

• Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and closures.

• Coordinate with sales and processing teams for smooth disbursement.
