Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, inbound calls, and online inquiries.

 Follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide product information.

 Maintain and update the CRM database with customer interactions and sales activities.

 Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Manage post-sales follow-ups and resolve customer queries.

 Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
