Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Executive to manage and grow our company’s online sales. The role involves daily communication with customers, handling calls and queries, posting updates on online platforms, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and customer queries promptly.

• Post updates and engage with customers on online platforms.

• Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and video interactions.

• Maintain accurate sales records, dispatch details, and reports.

• Coordinate with the sales and design teams in regular meetings.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in online platforms, CRM tools, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
