We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching Unicommerce’s e-commerce management solutions, and converting prospects into clients through telephonic and digital communication channels.
Make outbound calls to potential clients (sellers, brands, and SMEs in the e-commerce space).
Explain Unicommerce's SAAS-based order and inventory management solutions.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable services and features.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture and convert.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Schedule demos or pass qualified leads to the field sales team, if needed.
Work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams for lead nurturing and client activation.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: business, marketing, or IT).
1–3 years of telesales, inside sales, or call center experience, preferably in SAAS, e-commerce, or tech.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals on calls.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
