Key Responsibilities:

  3. Needs Assessment: Understand customers' health concerns and needs to recommend the most appropriate Ayurvedic product solution (Consultative Selling).

  4. Sales Closure: Successfully convert leads into sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  5. Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system or relevant data sheet.

  6. Customer Service: Address all customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and courteously.
