Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Contact hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.

Explain product features, benefits, and applications to prospective customers.

Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.

Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.

Promote rental services and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of medical equipment sales is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in telemarketing, telesales, healthcare sales, or customer support preferred.

Position: Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services for medical equipment.

Schedule and assign service calls to field service engineers.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and complaints.

Monitor service ticket status and ensure timely closure.

Maintain service records, maintenance schedules, and customer databases.

Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.

Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.

Arrange spare parts procurement and inventory coordination.

Prepare service reports, quotations, and documentation.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Required Skills

Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously.

Knowledge of service management processes and customer support.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
