1. Customer Service Executive – Telesales (Renewal Calls)

Experience: Freshers or candidates with telesales experience
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Industry: Royal Field – Renewal Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for renewal and revival services

• Explain offers, handle queries, and ensure timely renewals

• Maintain accurate call records and customer data

• Meet daily and weekly renewal targets

• Provide quality customer service and support

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-driven and customer-oriented approach

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

2. CRM Executive / Manager – Customer Relationship Management

Experience: 1–3 Years (CRM / Customer Service / Automobile Dealership)
Preference: Royal Enfield experience preferred
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer engagement, follow-ups, and satisfaction

• Lead and monitor a small team (3–4 members)

• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain MIS reports and track team performance

• Drive customer retention and feedback initiatives

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Experience in CRM systems and MS Office

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
