Key Responsibilities:
Direct Selling & Closing: Proactively contact potential customers to pitch products and persuade them to make a purchase. Your ultimate goal is to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling or by following up on marketing-generated inquiries. This includes using scripts to determine if a prospect is ready to buy.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Analyze customer needs to recommend upgraded versions of products (upselling) or complementary items (cross-selling) to increase transaction value.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, hesitations, and "no" responses professionally, using persuasive techniques and in-depth product knowledge to navigate past rejections
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
