We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team in identifying client needs, preparing solutions, and ensuring smooth sales conversions. The role involves market research, client interaction, proposal preparation, and coordination between clients and internal teams.
Understand client requirements and prepare tailored solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
Conduct research on potential leads, industries, and market trends.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, technical, marketing) to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses.
Maintain and update CRM with client details and interactions.
Support sales team during client meetings, calls, and negotiations.
Provide timely follow-ups to ensure leads are converted into business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in pre-sales / sales support / business development (freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to research, analyze, and present data effectively.
