Job Description – Documentation Executive
Position: Documentation Executive / Officer
Location: Burari Delhi -110084
Department: Operations Department
Reports To: Manager
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and maintain all company documentation related to operations, compliance, and client requirements.
Draft, review, and manage invoices, shipping documents, export/import documents, and agreements (as applicable).
Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for collecting and verifying required documents.
Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
Generate periodic reports and submit to management.
Support audits and inspections by providing relevant records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in documentation (Fresher’s can also apply if training will be provided).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
