Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for a 3-month contract role in our 24/7 International Voice Process. The role involves handling voice-based customer queries for international clients, ensuring first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls

• Resolve customer queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism

• Follow communication scripts and adapt based on the customer interaction

• Meet daily/weekly KPIs and maintain quality standards

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation if needed

• Maintain detailed and accurate call logs

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred)

• Previous experience in international voice support is a plus

• Comfortable working in night shifts and weekends (24/7 rotational shifts)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Must reside within 23 km of the office (two-way cab will be provided)
