We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for a 3-month contract role in our 24/7 International Voice Process. The role involves handling voice-based customer queries for international clients, ensuring first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
Resolve customer queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism
Follow communication scripts and adapt based on the customer interaction
Meet daily/weekly KPIs and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation if needed
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred)
Previous experience in international voice support is a plus
Comfortable working in night shifts and weekends (24/7 rotational shifts)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Must reside within 23 km of the office (two-way cab will be provided)
