Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain WHRAC's awards, memberships, certificates, ID cards, and seminar programs.

2. Generate new leads through calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.

3. Maintain regular follow-up with interested and potential clients.

4. Handle client questions and objections professionally and provide accurate information.

5. Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients while following company policies and approved sales scripts.

6. Maintain daily records of:

   • Calls made

   • Leads generated

   • Follow-ups

   • Interested clients

   • Confirmed clients

   • Revenue generated

7. Coordinate with the HR/management and operations team regarding confirmed clients.

8. Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

9. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

10. Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.

11. Protect client information and maintain confidentiality of company records.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle sales objections and follow up consistently.

• Previous telesales, telecalling, business development, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
