We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products and services, generate leads, and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
