Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.

• Explain product features, plans, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

• Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on current telecom products, promotional campaigns, and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during customer interactions. Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Minimum 12th Pass may be considered based on experience).

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (telecom experience preferred).
