We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Varunya Hospitality Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls with customers.
Explain health insurance plans and benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper customer and sales records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
