Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loans & OD Sales

Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Delhi NCR

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive with experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Overdraft (OD), Credit Cards, or other financial products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Pitch Personal Loans, OD facilities, and other financial products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and loan processes.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Coordinate with operations and banking partners to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, OD, Credit Cards, Insurance, or Banking products.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking terminology.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

• Graduate preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
