Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

· Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

· Explain products and services clearly to customers.

· Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.

· Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

· Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
