मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

संभावित ग्राहकों और लीड्स को आउटबाउंड कॉल करना।
SarthMandi की Membership, Export Services और Business Solutions को सरल भाषा में समझाना।
ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं को समझना और बिक्री के अवसर पहचानना।
इच्छुक ग्राहकों से कॉल और WhatsApp के माध्यम से नियमित Follow-up करना।
लीड्स और Follow-up का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
दैनिक, साप्ताहिक और मासिक Calling एवं Sales Targets पूरे करना।
सफल Customer Onboarding के लिए टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
ग्राहकों के साथ लंबे समय तक व्यावसायिक संबंध बनाए रखना।

उम्मीदवार में क्या होना चाहिए?

अच्छी हिंदी बोलने और समझाने की क्षमता; Basic English को प्राथमिकता।
फोन पर आत्मविश्वास के साथ बातचीत करने की क्षमता।
