Takshila Institute is a leading coaching institute in Nagpur for JEE, NEET & Foundation courses. We are looking for passionate and energetic Telecallers to join our admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective students and parents from provided data
Explain courses (JEE/NEET/Foundation), fees & benefits clearly
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Generate and maintain leads in Excel/CRM
Follow up with interested candidates regularly
Convert inquiries into admissions
Coordinate with counsellors for student visits
Achieve daily and monthly targets

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Good listening and follow-up ability
