About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and an interest in building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Explain our products and services, understand client needs, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups and promotional campaigns.

• Respond to client queries and handle objections in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Confident personality with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms.

• Ability to work towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving results.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
