Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Contact doctors and healthcare professionals regularly to explain product benefits, usage, and key features.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and other customers.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Take orders from pharmacies, distributors, and other clients and ensure timely follow-up.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
Maintain daily records of customer visits, orders, sales, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Handle customer queries and resolve product-related concerns professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper product knowledge and follow company policies and ethical pharmaceutical promotion practices.
