🎯 Job Purpose

IndiaMART और अन्य sources से आने वाले wholesale customers को कॉल करके lead को order में convert करना, नए customers बनाना और पुराने customers से repeat orders लेना।

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. रोज़ आने वाली IndiaMART / WhatsApp / CRM leads पर समय से कॉल करना।

2. Customer की requirement समझना:

   • Blouse design

   • Quantity

   • Price range

   • Location

   • Delivery requirement

3. Customer को SUPRIYA BLOUSE के designs और catalogue दिखाना।

4. Interested customers को quotation और product details WhatsApp पर भेजना।

5. Customer के साथ price negotiation और order confirmation करना।

6. Follow-up की proper calling करना और कोई lead बिना follow-up के नहीं छोड़ना।

7. पुराने customers से नियमित संपर्क करके repeat order generate करना।

8. CRM में हर customer की:

   • Call status

   • Requirement

   • Follow-up date

   • Order status

   • Remarks
     सही तरीके से update करना।

9. Salesman / Dispatch / Accounts team के साथ order coordination करना।

10. Customer की complaints और requirements को senior/team तक सही तरीके से पहुँचाना।

📊 Daily Targets

Minimum Daily Activity:

• 80–100 Calls

• 30+ Meaningful Conversations

• 20+ Follow-ups

• 10+ Catalogue/Design Sharing

• Qualified Leads की daily tracking

• Daily order conversion target company द्वारा तय किया जाएगा।

हमारा focus सिर्फ कॉल करने पर नहीं, CALL → FOLLOW-UP → ORDER → REPEAT ORDER पर है।

• अच्छी communication skills

• Hindi में fluent होना

• Basic English समझना preferred

• Convincing & negotiation skills

• Customer को patiently handle करने की क्षमता

• WhatsApp का अच्छा knowledge

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge

• Sales करने की strong इच्छा

💰 Salary & Incentive

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
+ Performance Incentive

अच्छा performance करने वाले candidate की earning fixed salary से काफी ज्यादा हो सकती है।
