Job Description – Telesales Executive
📍 Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFH eligibility after 3 months, based on performance)
⏰ Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain products and services to prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and follow up with leads.
Maintain customer information and update call records.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Key Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales is preferred.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Must have a personal laptop/system and a reliable internet connection for future WFH eligibility.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
