Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Star Health And Allied Insurance Company Limited. The role involves promoting and generating leads for the backend team for Sales as required. Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain health insurance and their benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
Generate quality leads and convert them into policy sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve Monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Co-ordinate with the Operations team for smooth policy issuance.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
