Key Responsibilities
· Outbound/Cold Calling: Contacting potential customers to generate leads and sell
products and services.
· Inbound Query Handling: Assisting customers with inquiries and closing sales on
incoming calls.
· Closing Sales: Using persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales
· Upselling/Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell to existing customers to
increase revenue.
Requirements and Skills
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
· Ability to work in both B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer)
settings.
Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent or any degree
