Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to promote and sell cancer medications to customers across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle sales inquiries, process orders, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and sell cancer medications over the phone to international customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and renewals.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product-related information.
Maintain daily sales records and update customer databases.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, order tracking sheets, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Experience: 0 to 6 Months (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
