• Make outbound/inbound calls to promote insurance products (Life Insurance )

• Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to customers

• Generate leads and close sales over the phone

• Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and provide basic policy support
