Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our eCommerce services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Explain company services and offerings clearly to prospects
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Good listening and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Graduate in any field
Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing industry
