- 6 Days Working

- Rotational Shift

- 1 Rotational Weekly Off

📋 Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Assist customers with SBI General Insurance products and services.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies and processes.

- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

- Follow company quality and compliance standards.

- Achieve service quality and productivity targets.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team.

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Minimum 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience for experienced candidates.

- 12th Pass or Graduate can apply.

- Good communication skills in Hindi with basic English.

- Basic computer knowledge.
