Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele sales executive who can handle customers, generate leads, and close sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings
Generate new leads and follow up with existing clients
Explain company products/services clearly
Share quotations
Close sales
Maintain customer records and update daily reports
Coordinate with internal team for order processing
Build good relationships with client
Skills Required:
1. Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
3. Confidence in talking to customers
4. Sales and convincing skills
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
Any sales or customer handling experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Presentable personality
Target-oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Extra Advantage:
Experience in B2B sales / industrial products
Knowledge of fire safety products (if applicable)
