We are looking for energetic and hardworking candidates to join our Loan Consulting team. As a team member, your primary role will be to connect with potential customers and help them secure loans from leading banks.

Key Responsibilities

Calling Customers: Calling potential leads and explaining different loan products.

Bank Coordination: Managing the loan process across all major banks we partner with.

Customer Guidance: Helping customers understand the best Rate of Interest (ROI) and choosing the right bank.

Documentation: Guiding customers through the basic bank process and document requirements.

Follow-ups: Keeping in touch with customers until their loan is successfully processed.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

Basic understanding of banking/loans (Training will be provided).

Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
