Telecalling & Demonstration Executive (Female)

Location: Godadara, Surat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
Languages: Hindi (Mandatory), Basic English & Gujarati

Job Overview

Samstiti IT Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling & Demonstration Executives to join our growing sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our software products and services, scheduling online demonstrations, conducting product presentations, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.

  • Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits.

  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations via Google Meet or in-person meetings.

  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.

  • Answer customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.

  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer onboarding.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Prepare and submit call reports and follow-up updates.
