About the Role
Sajre Edutech is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and drive registrations for ARMC – Artist Republic Meet Competition, a national-level creative competition platform.
In this role, you will connect with students, creators, and young artists, explain the competition details, resolve queries, and convert interested leads into confirmed participants.
This is a performance-driven opportunity suitable for individuals experienced in telesales, counselling, or event promotions.
Key Responsibilities Lead Calling & Follow-ups
Make outbound calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media promotions, WhatsApp inquiries, and referrals.
Explain the ARMC competition concept, categories, prizes, structure, and participation process.
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure registrations.
Sales & Registration Conversion
Pitch the ARMC competition effectively to students and young creators.
Address questions related to fees, rules, schedule, and guidelines.
Convert warm leads into confirmed registrations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly registration targets.
Participant Counselling
Help students understand the benefits of participating in ARMC, including exposure, recognition, networking, and opportunities.
Provide guidance on competition levels, judging criteria, event rounds, and submission process.
Assist participants in resolving pre-registration queries.
CRM & Lead Management
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up updates.
Track call activity, lead status, and conversion progress.
Share updates with the internal sales or operations team.
Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth participant onboarding.
Share feedback regarding lead quality and campaign improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
1–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, counselling, or event promotions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Experience in EdTech, competitions, events, or youth engagement platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead funnels, and sales processes.
Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are an added advantage).
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple follow-ups effectively.
Preferred Profile
Independent sales professionals.
Candidates with experience in student counselling, event promotions, or talent competitions.
Individuals comfortable with high-volume calling and sales work.
Soft Skills
Confident and engaging communication style.
Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
