Role Profile: Marketing Executive

Position Overview: The Tele Marketing Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote the company’s products and services. The role involves generating leads, setting appointments for the field sales team, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s offerings.

• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products/services.

• Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline.

• Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.

• Maintain customer database (CRM) with up-to-date information and call records.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through campaigns or digital platforms.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.

• Handle customer queries and redirect complex issues to relevant departments.

• Participate in promotional activities or campaigns as directed by the manager.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to convince and influence potential clients.

· Target-driven and self-motivated.

· Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

Minimum qualification:

· Graduate in any stream.

· Proven experience of 1-2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service role preferred.

· Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
