Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Telesales Executives to handle inbound and outbound sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers through company-provided leads, understanding their product requirements, coordinating product availability, preparing quotations, closing sales, and following up on payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls using company-provided customer leads.

• Contact customers who have expressed interest in purchasing products.

• Understand customer requirements, product specifications, and quantities.

• Check product availability and coordinate with the concerned team.

• Prepare and share quotations with customers.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and convert enquiries into sales.

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms as per company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, orders, and delivery schedules.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.

• Maintain customer details, call records, quotations, sales updates, and payment follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer handling is required.

• Candidates with experience in water treatment companies, manufacturing companies, windows and doors, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain product features.

• Experience in quotation preparation, sales conversion, and payment follow-ups.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
