Active Furniture & Interior is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and drive sales of furniture and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
Introduce and promote the company's furniture products and interior design services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Generate appointments for sales representatives, designers, or showroom visits.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, email communication).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
