Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, generating sales, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain products and services clearly and effectively.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
