Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant project information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
