We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our team at Prismark Assets Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
Call prospective customers from provided databases or generated leads.
Explain ongoing real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers.
Identify customer requirements such as budget, location preference, and property type.
2. Customer Follow-Up
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
Convert inquiries into site visits or sales meetings.
Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
3. Scheduling Site Visits
Coordinate appointments between clients and sales executives.
Confirm meeting timings and assist with visit arrangements.
4. Database Management
Update customer information in CRM software or Excel sheets.
Track call status, follow-up dates, and customer responses.
5. Sales Support
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Share brochures, project details, payment plans, and location maps through WhatsApp or email.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
