### Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products.

- Generate leads for personal loans and other financial products.

- Explain loan features, eligibility and repayment options.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads.

- Assist customers with the initial loan application process.

- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

- Maintain customer information and daily calling reports.
