Salary: 3 - 4.2 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

Job Summary:

Policybazaar is looking for highly motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role involves handling international sales for our insurance products and services. Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide detailed information about our products and services.

- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience: 0-5 years in sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

6-day working week and 1 rotational roaster off.

Requirements:-

• Fluency in one or more Indian vernacular languages

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
